Gloria, a professionally trained chef, uses the freshest local ingredients to create healthy, satisfying breakfasts that have been a highlight for Frenchman’s guests for many years.

Guests have the option of hiring a gourmet chef to prepare lunches and dinners during their visit. Frenchman’s works with a number of top chefs on Tortola – all of whom offer excellent and varied culinary creations. We are happy to find our guests a chef who suits their individual tastes and dietary needs.
